A Calling of the Heart Energy

I sent a message to a friend saying I loved the sound of the teenage & parent retreat I had planned so much that I wished I was participating 🤭…

I have felt this very deeply this year that there has been a strong calling for the reconnection inter -generationally.

The opportunity to share space, joy & connection.

A place of acceptance to just be with no objective but pure & absolute peace.

I was so grateful to hold this space today for parents / grandparents/ children/ aunties / cousins.

After a little shaking it off in movement. We then moved into a more mindful practice of connection through paint. Painting each others’ portrait or spirit animal. I felt that wave of peace move through the group as they became totally absorbed in the task of mixing colours and really observing each others souls. It was simply beautiful. The opportunity to smile, gently hold space & share stories.

A delicious picnic lunch followed( my healthy fudgy brownie was a winner 😄)

In the afternoon, we layered in the resonance of sound with a a beautiful offering of a sound bath with Kat of Berry & Bloom. The sound held & recirculated this beautiful energy we had accumulated over the day.

I hope everyone left feeling a little more peaceful, a little more connected. There were certainly so many smiles today. My heart is full. There will be more ♥️
